Helping you to lose your weight once and for all

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of foods will I be eating?

You will be eating foods from all of the different food groups that are readily available in the supermarkets.  There are no diet pills, meal replacements or faddy foods.

I live too far away to visit you.  Can I still participate in the programme?

Remote support has proven to be very successful.   A minimum of 1 phone consultation is needed once a week.  In addition to this, email and phone support is available at all times in between your weekly phone consultation.

I have tried so many diets before, will this really work for me?

If followed correctly, to date not one client has not been able to lose weight with the programme,  Most of my clients have tried everything and are more than relieved when they have finally found something that works for them!

I have a hectic lifestyle; I am worried that I won’t be able to follow the programme?

People from many different walks of life have successfully completed the programme – doctors, housewives, factory workers, solicitors, students, nurses, dentists, office and manual workers. As it very easy to follow, you shouldn’t have a problem.

Am I under any pressure to do the programme after I have had the free consultation?

Absolutely not.  The information is presented to you and how you could lose your weight once and for all.  It is for you to decide if you would like to lose your weight with the programme.

How much weight can I expect to lose in a month?

This very much depends on your profile. The average weight loss of clients is 10-14lbs a month.  Those on medication or over 50 are more likely to fall into the 10lbs range.  Men always lose more than the women!

I am 70 years old, am I too old to lose weight?

My three eldest clients are 85 years old and have achieved the weight loss they wanted.  An 84 year old lady lost 7 and a half stone in 1 year!

I am worried about my child who is overweight, but don’t want him to start dieting at an early age.

The most important thing when it comes to children is that they are educated about what to eat and that they are set a good example in the home of how to eat.  A programme is available for those under 16 years old, with little emphasis on the scales while achieving their goal weight.

Is this just another a diet? I am very cynical about diets as I have tried so many.

There are many false promises and claims in the slimming industry.  You are more than welcome to meet or speak to those who are on or have completed their weight loss programmes.  This will give you a very good idea of just what you can achieve with the Metabolic Weight Loss Programme

I am going on holiday, but don’t want to wait until I get back to start losing weight.  Can I do this programme on holiday?

If you are not able to follow it while away, the programme can be modified for you.

Will it be easy to maintain my weight?

The last stage of the programme is dealing with weight maintenance and this stage is just as important as the weight loss stage.  You will have a maintenance plan that you feel that you can follow and you will have support and coaching throughout this stage.
