What weight should I be?

As it is difficult to work out exactly what one's ideal weight should be, it is easier to work out what one's weight range should be.

Based on a height to weight formula, Body Mass Index (BMI) is a useful guide to determine if a person is underweight, overweight or within a healthy weight range.
